Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I made this cake for Cake Central Magazine. I loved Colette Peters royal icing cage technique and wanted to incorporate it into the Secret Garden theme I had been given. The entire cake is buttercream except for the fondant door and royal icing cage.
