I wrap the wire around a mandrel and created a flower after that. Since it is a heavy wire it really keeps its shape. You can secure it the coils with smaller gauge wire if needed.

This is very beautiful Aga. What kind of wire did you use to link the stones together? I love the dark wire contrasted with the bright stones!
