You are basically knitting a large rectangle with sleeves. Materials

Plymouth Yarn, Ashton, a baby alpaca, merino wool and silk blend. DK or light worsted weight wool. Size 8 circular needles, 24in long or longer and 16in long.

What was your inspiration?

I am drawn to this color in my jewelry because it is my favorite sea glass color. I decided to design something in this color that would give me the same sense of serenity. A shawl cardigan with its graceful front folds and the generous rectangular shape that you can wrap yourself in like an afghan was the perfect choice.

What are you most proud of?

I had a vision and I ended up with a very wearable sweater.
