Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I split my cakes and fill them with ganache - this was a chocolate coconut mudcake with milk choc ganache - and I also cover with ganache before applying the fondant. The bottom tier is covered with thin fondant circles that have been folded twice and attached with water. The top tier has stripes cut from fondant with a pizza cutter and ruler and again, attached with water. There is a little handpainting on the plaque.
