What materials did you use? Muslin foundation squares, strips of fabric scraps left from previous projects, and black fabric to make center diagonal strip for each block.

You have a fantastic collection of fabrics in your string quilt, and I love how the black diagonal stripe contains and unifies all those different colors and prints. Such a great optical illusion, too, the way it makes the quilt look like the blocks are on point. I totally LOVE this quilt - makes me want to get out all my leftover strips and make one, too!
