beautiful! Are the triangle points on the perimeter only sewn on the long edge?

Yes. The Prairie Points are sewn in between the narrow inner border and the wide outer border. They make a fun three dimensional element for a child's quilt

What a fun quilt.... It is so cheery with those bright fabrics against the white... the prairie points are a great splash too!!

Wow! I love the colors, the design, and the quilting. But I especially LOVE the TEXTURE of the prairie points sticking out! I just love texture. I think that's a main reason I am so drawn to quilts.

A couple of Moda charm pack made the color combo easy. I like to add the Prairie point on baby quilts to give them the added texture.
