Corner Border detail
What materials did you use?
very nice, how long does it take you to make a quilt.
Do you have a long arm for quilting?
No, I just widh I had a long arm for quilting. It doesn't take long at all to make the tops, I currently have six completed tops, waiting to be quilted because for me, it's much more fun to make the tops. I generally try to get the quilting done in the winter when the weather's cold and rainy. Or I send the quilts to a longarmer
Beautiful job. All the cloors show up with the white background.
beautiful!! is there a pattern??
The basic pattern is from the Quilters Club of America June Scrappy project, six inch nine patch blocks alternating with six inch plain blocks set ten blocks across in eleven rows. I adapted the pattern by substituting six inch snowball blocks for the plain blocks, added a 1 1/2" border, a 4" bowtie block border, a 1 1/2" border, ended with a 3" border. The idea was to use up as many dark scraps as possible. I think I had about 75 fabrics.
