This is a BOM called Scrap Happy Sampler by Sherri Noel at RebeccaMaeDesigns.com. I think the pattern is actually on Craftsy.

If you go to RebeccaMaeDesigns.com you'll find her BOM. The pattern is free for 1 month but after that it's $3 and you can get it through Craftsy
