What materials did you use? Cotton jersey

What are you most proud of? The neck came out the way it was supposed to! That's where I'm most likely to mess up on other knit garments I've made.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Having said I'm proud of the way the neckline came out - I did end up ripping it out the first time I put it on - I had the seam on the neckband lined up with the center FRONT instead of the back - oops. Also, make sure you follow Meg's advice and spend time figuring out which stitches and settings on your machine work best with your individual fabric. I used my machines 'stretch stitch' for the hem and the top thread kept breaking - not sure why but I would have figured out that something was set wrong if I had taken more time sewing a sample.
