This pattern was super easy to follow. I had a little trouble with the antlers, but it wasn't anything too hard to over come.

What was your inspiration?

A friend of mine asked me to make this hat and diaper cover for her newborn. I can't wait to see their pictures from the photography session.

What are you most proud of?

I'm really proud that I was able to use two different patterns (from different people) to make one complete matching set.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

For the ears, I did not follow the pattern. This is what I did:
Ch 4.
Row 1: DC 5 times in 4th ch from hook. (ch 3 = 1 dc, 6 dc total)
Row 2: Ch 3, turn. DC 1 time in first dc, dc twice in each of next dc. (=12dc)
Fasten off.
Fold in half, and attach at folded end.
