What materials did you use? White Cotton fabric, white shank buttons

What are you most proud of? I decided to use some hand-stitching to soften the look on this version--hand stitching the arm bands and using the invisible stitch to hem the bottom.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Pay close attention to the helpful hints Christine is always adding. Her experience shows. She's like a good friend, advising and guiding.

I like the boat neck. It shows some skin but is in no way voluptuous. Sorry I haven't been on line! That shows my "vintage," too!

Lol. Cute photo!

Beautiful version. I'm just starting the class and your top is inspiring.

Your picture has inspired me. I kept thinking this might be too young on me, but you proved me wrong. It looks so nice on you. I love the setting for the picture.

Well, I'm glad of that. I have really enjoyed wearing this blouse. Okay, I do have to iron it. Another proof of my "vintage"--I iron! Thank-you for your kind remark. I just read Jennifer L. Scott's Lessons from Madame Chic 20 Stylish Secrets I Learned While Living in Paris, if I may give plug. Surely a Sassy Librarian ought to be forgiven for pushing a book....

I just realized that my remark sounded rather rude. Please forgive me. That blouse looks so beautiful on you. I am having fitting issues so have not started mine. So while I am procrastinating about sewing, I will check out the Madame Chic book. Thanks for the suggestion.
