What was your inspiration?
This pattern is fun and the top is classy enough to wear to work. I like adding unique pieces to my professional wardrobe. No one will have the same top!
What are you most proud of?
I am proud that despite my altering it for 'petite' sizing, the seams lined up. It took quite a bit of effort thinking ahead and rethinking how to fix what didn't work out. I made notes on the pattern so I can remember for next time.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Listen to Christine's helpful hints throughout. Since I first learned to sew by watching my mom, there were a lot of subtle things i did not know that make a big difference with your finished project. I learned a lot from Christine's tips!
