I designed this stocking (boot?) when I first got into sewing. It's not a difficult project, so it's great for beginners. I've mostly quilted them but I've also made them with satin and fun fur.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I wanted to make something small for gifts for my girlfriends. I made these, then made huge ones (about 30" tall).
What are you most proud of?
These are small, so I needed to find a way to sew the cuff on that hid the seam but was easy.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is a great project for beginners. I love the quilted ones!
