What was your inspiration?
I wanted a gift for Baby's First Christmas that the baby could wear and then would be a keepsake. The booties have a satin cord sewn into the inside seam so they can be hung on the Christmas tree every year after the baby outgrows them.
I sell these boxed with a little poem that I wrote.
What are you most proud of?
They came out just as I wanted them to. I add the baby's name to the cuff using a CandyCaneFont for the first initial. I add the year to the bottom of the foot which I make out of ultrasuede
