What was your inspiration?
I wanted to make a gift for my niece's step daughter. I had some leftover fabric in her favorite colors. Plus, I love the owls!
What are you most proud of?
I made this up as I went...just adding stuff and figuring out what I wanted as I sewed. I kept changing my mind and ended up ripping it apart and resewing it. When I was finally done, I decided to add the flap. So I had to rip the whole thing apart, add the flap, then sew it back together. It was worth it. It needed the flap.
