Materials
Blue Sky Alpacas Organic Worsted Cotton- at first I tried using Stitch Nation- Full 'o Sheep, a 1-ply 100% Peruvian Wool yarn. Did not work so well- the colors were off, and the blocks didn't have the right drape. I'd stick to cotton. I decided to go ahead and purchase the same yarn Stacey used to make the project, only bc I'm a recent convert to natural fibers and needed to stock up on some non-acrylics anyways. I now have plenty of yarn left for some fun stash-busting projects.
What was your inspiration?
The beautiful bright colors.
What are you most proud of?
The granny square- took a couple tries, but now I'm a pro.
