What was your inspiration?
The yarn- I tried four other cabled hat patterns, but I didn't like the way the yarn looked so I came up with a pattern that utilized stockinette to show off the colors, and cabling to break up the monotony of stockinette.
What are you most proud of?
Remembering to write down the pattern as I was knitting!
