What materials did you use? Cotton fabric rusted with steel wool and old pieces of metal -- accented with colored pencils. Bird is constructed from pieces of hand dyed fabric sewn onto a water soluble stabilzer. on

What are you most proud of? I love the juxtaposition of the bird on the fabric. on

How very clever! The project has a wonderful three-dimensional look.

Thank you...the bird was done separate and "applied" on with invisible thread and there is no sewing on the background, thus it really is 3d....
