What was your inspiration?
I am making these for small Christmas gifts. Everyone I know that hates them says as a child they were forced to eat one at Christmas. I personally love! So if they refuse to let sprouts into their tummy then I'm sure there is room for him on the Christmas tree!
What are you most proud of?
Making this myself without a pattern.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
There are lots of YouTube videos on felt food making. I sat and just freehand cut these. I used a glass to cut a circle of felt and wrapped it around stuffing and stitched it all up on one end. The rest are just freehand leaves. I would recommend embroidering the face on and go in from the bottom. Once you have finished stitch a small circle of felt to the bottom to cover up all of the stitches.
