Did you use the cover stitch machine or regular serger?

I have both and used both, but really you could make these with the serger alone. The leg detail is a flatlock stitch, and the other seams could be bound using a three or four thread overlock stitch.

Mostly just the regular serger. It's a combo between the three-thread overlock function and flatlocking functions. I did use the coverstitch on the bottom pant hem.
