What was your inspiration?

I hate to waste fabric leftovers. I purchased the tote bags and hot glued on the ruffled fabric I had used on my grandaughters' dresses. The flowers were made with fabric scraps. I hot glued buttons to the flower centers and added a peel and stick scrapbook embellishment.

Thanks! I didn't use a pattern. I purchased the bags in Hobby Lobby. The fabric was a pre-ruffled knit also from Hobby Lobby that I had used for little girl dresses. I hot glued the fabric to the bag as well as the ribbon and flower.
