What was your inspiration?
A need to cover LittleGirl's shoulders for a wedding.
What are you most proud of?
That I found this Granny sweater in the back of my closet and didn't have to go shopping for a shrug.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't fear a sweater knit! If you don't own a serger, you can use a zig-zag stitch around the edges to keep them from raveling.
Remember...what's the worst that could happen? You'd have to toss the project and go buy a shrug instead.
