I have a ruffle presser foot which is awesome for this kind of project. However, I used store-bought pleated trim which gave it a very whimsical look.Difficulty:

I like the store bought trim for the ruffle.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make sure you have the fabric cut precisely!! I had some difficulty sewing the casing for the leg hole elastic.
