Instructions
Roll long rectangle lengths of fondant; press down one long edge for the ruffle creation.Finish cake in buttercream, then a layer of rolling fondant.
Adhere lengths of fondant to the cake by adhering the thicker edge of the fondant length to the cake usnig egg whites.
As you adhere it, pinch the length so the thinner end creates ruffles.
