Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Amigurumi: Woodland Animals »

Difficulty:

Category: Crocheting

Type of item: Toy

For: Children

Style: Whimsical, Holiday, Cute

Materials

Bernat Satin Solids yarn in Sable, Caron Simply Soft yarn in black, red, and chocolate, 12mm plastic eyes

What was your inspiration?

Stacey Trock mentioned you could just change the nose color and you have Rudolph and it formed quickly from there.

What are you most proud of?

I found a musical button that played Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer at a thrift store and put that in the belly, so you can squeeze him and he plays music :) It makes it feel more like a professional toy!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

The little pieces take just as long to make as the bigger ones - just go slow and stick with it.
