What was your inspiration?
I love ruffles and I wanted something that could be worn as a collar but have the versatility of a scarf... waaaalaaaa..
I use a piece of nylon rope as a spine to give the piece structure and to keep the ruffles from spiraling easily. I hope you like the results
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Take mine and make it yours even better!!!
