What are you most proud of? I absolutely LOVE this cake! I had seen the royal icing cages done in the Craftsy course and knew I wanted to do them for my final project in Pastry school. They completely brought my cake to new heights after I added them on and they have become my new favorite cake accessory! Everything was hand done from the fondant to the gum paste flowers to the edible glitter (not disco dust) to the royal icing cages! #MyFavoriteCake
