My musical sons 18th birthday.
What are you most proud of?
The icing actually stayed more or less where and how I wanted it to lol . Not too shabby for a first with home made royal icing.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Practice on a plate or grease paper first just get the feel of it before attacking the cake ( I learned that one the hard way ). Enjoy doing it ,it goes well if you do..
