What are you most proud of?
How I have progressed in my flower skills since I went to pastry school. I am amazed at how just taking a class like this has helped me better my skills exponentially.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have everything you need in front of you and keep the gumpaste covered when you are not working on it
