What are you most proud of? For me this really embodied the look and style of Monque's dress design. This cake is for a wedding fair I am exhibiting at in January and I wanted to show how a cake could be designed around a dress. This course is fantastic and will teach you the ruffle and adaptations of it. Fantastic course - recommended!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Give it a go. Ruffling is far easier than the final product looks - you will wow your clients!

I love your pink rose. Such a great vintage feel.

Did you use the upside down ruffling method? Did you form the rose directly on the cake or make it and then attach it? Beautiful work.
