Traditional rich fruit cake, rolled fondant, flowers made from air-drying non-toxic clay product.
What was your inspiration?
The bride requested the burnt orange callas to match her colour scheme. I did some research on the meanings of flowers and found that these callas signified passion, so we added the white roses for eternal love, the stephanotis for happiness in marriage and the ivy for friendship.
What are you most proud of?
People kept asking if the flowers were real...
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Give yourself lots of time for making the flowers and...Go for it!
