Would I have time to learn how to do the hole program/project my parent's anniversary is August 2nd. 2- how mch would the what I need to acquire cost me? I am talking about the tools and special powders etc? Thanks Nicole my email is : nicky_h_@hotmail.com

Nicky, you can get the list of everything needed under the listings for material. Definetly plenty of time to practice before August. I have to order tylose because there are no cake supple stores near. You can go to online stores to estimate your cost. I have used round cutters to make rose petals by elongating one side to make a point, or you can make a template.
