What materials did you use? Sugar & Cream Cotton Worsted in Rose Pink

What are you most proud of? The perfect fit so far, & being willing to try out the humble "kitchen cotton" yarn--it's beautiful for this casual everyday top......Later--I decided to block it longer & narrower after originally going for a peplum look. I was thinking I might give it away but now with the longer length, it's right for me. Yay! I really did want to keep my first Crazy Lace Cardi.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch the videos all first for an overview, & for the fun of it. Do all the lace swatches--you can see exactly what they look like, & something magical happens to your creativity because it is fun & pressure-free.

Just beautiful - I love it! You are very skilled and creative. Maybe, with plenty of practice, I'll get there someday. Thanks for sharing the swatch photos!

What size needles did you use with the Sugar and Cream yarn? I have a ton of that thread here.

Hi Teresa...I started with #7 needles & at times used #6, depending on the lace pattern. For the waistline ribbing, I used #4.
