What was your inspiration?
Inspired by Cami - Creating myself creatively - http://creatingmyselfcreatively.blogspot.com/2008/11/clock-faces.html
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
You can find clock faces on Internet, or you can even produce a custom one. Use heavy cardboard for the clock. Cut 2 circles, and one long piece of cardboard that goes around the circles. Assemble them (put old newspaper inside), but make sure to make a hole for the mechanism in advance. Glue the clock face on right side - decoupage it with Mod Podge, or similar glue. There is no Mod Podge in my country so I used an alternative, that works well. Finally, produce some quilled flowers, or whatever shape you are fond of, and glue them all around the clock.
