The rolls take practice, and my attempt to make rolls that look like bunnies showed my lack of experience. I'll need to keep practicing and continue with my practice with dough design using scissors. All types of rolls were done on a sheet rather than including a muffin tin...maybe next time.Difficulty:

I followed the sandwich bread and dinner roll recipe from the class to make mini loaves of bread as well as the three different types of rolls. A recent Facebook post showed how to turn a roll into a bunny, so I attempted that two with limited results.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Give yourself plenty of time to form the rolls - it takes practice.
