What are you most proud of? I really love the twill fabric! And I'm proud that I managed to get the whole thing done in time. ;)

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Sample sample sample! Try some variations you're not planning to use, just to see what they'll do. It wasn't until after I'd woven all the fabric for the chair that I tried a straight draw treadling and realized that I liked the zigzags that made even better than the diamonds I'd woven. Also, unless you have experience, get a professional upholsterer to work with your fabric. I'd have been really disappointed to spend all the time and energy on making beautiful fabric only to mess it up with an amateur upholstery job.

Wow, you did a magnificent job. I was looking at the throw and it clearly says the rocking chair. lol

I wove the throw, too! I did that one with a friend on a 90" wide loom that requires two weavers to operate.

The colors were chosen to match my living room. I designed the stripes based on the Fibonacci sequence. :)
