What materials did you use? I ordered the Robert Kaufman Fat Quarter that I saw here in Craftsy. I downloaded the pattern and after getting a brand new sewing machine that has quilting abilities & accesories for my birthday, I got to work on this immediatly! The colors in this do not show up on this photo! The colors are absolutly beautiful..

What are you most proud of? That this came out so good especially since I'm teaching myself how to quilt and that this is only my second quilt I've ever done!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be sure to read the directions all the way through before starting this. I almost cut some of the pieces wrong and would have not had enough fabric to complete this if I hadn't caught my mistake after reading all the way through. There are many small pieces that have to be measured exactuly. Good Luck!! I had fun doing this.. It's such a great way to escape into your own little world.

I have fallen in love with Robert Kaufamans fabrics! They are so beautiful and make wonderful quilts. This quilt is on the Contempary side, I am attracted to maodern quilts, so that future generations can see what quilts from the 21 century were like. I still have quilts that were passed down in my familt from the early 1900's .
