Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Roasting brings out the sweetness in many vegetables. You'll be amazed how even picky eaters will gobble up roasted broccoli and root vegetables. They're great as a main dish or side, and so easy to prepare!

We roasted carrots, parsnips and fennel. You idea of making them on parchment paper is worth the price of the course! They were superb. Like candy!
