What was your inspiration?

I had a TON of wool all in different shades of blues...

Blue is the main colour of one of my boyfriend's hockey teams...

He love to be warm and I love him.. I wanted to make sure he was always warm and comforted.

What are you most proud of?

How soft it turned out... I know it's the pattern but it is SO comfy!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Just follow the video step by step... it looks complicated at first, but it's really not once you get the hang of it.

The video instructions are amazing! Right from making the first knot to the end!

Thanks for the extra info. I showed the video to my daughter and I think we both might try it out. We have so many unfinished projects though that it may be a while LOL

Just to let you know... when you follow the video instructions, you get a fairly square afghan... I ended up adding rows to the top and bottom to make it longer. I think I have figured out how to make it longer to start with now that I know the technique though. Still super easy to add end rows though as well.
