Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Slight variation on the recipe. Made shrimp rolls with additional ingredients: chopped peanuts, shredded carrot and bean sprouts. Served with both nuoc cham and Vietnamese peanut sauce. Yum!

I am a chef instructor, so these rolls were made by the students in an Asian cooking class I recently taught. They are not as pretty as Andrea's, but they tasted just fine!

No, I'm a recreational cooking instructor. This class was a private one with a group of people I teach every month. It's a cooking club. We are doing Asian dumplings at the end of May, so I'll be sure to post pictures of those on the dumpling project. Thanks for the compliment. I will pass it along!
