I don't think the fabrics suggested on the pattern envelope are the best options for this project, particularly if you are making this as a Halloween costume in a cold climate. I used fleece, for warmth, but Interlock or jersey would work as well, and be more comfortable than felt or corduroy.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
My older son is going to be Woody for Halloween and he asked that his baby brother dress as Rex.
What are you most proud of?
How cute he looks in it! I'm really happy with how well it went together and that the modifications I made turned out well. I love how the fabric paint works as a gripper surface. It's great for this little cruiser!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is not a difficult pattern, but it does have some parts that are a little tedious. Go step by step and it will go well.
