I "repurposed" upholstery samples to make the outside and straps of this bag, and drapery fabric for the lining.
What was your inspiration?
I'm a tote bag junkie! Any excuse to make them is fine with me, and when I saw the Craftsy mini-class was FREE, well, that was all the incentive and inspiration I needed!
What are you most proud of?
Each time I make one of these, I get faster and better....love it!!!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Definitely have the written instructions AND the video nearby for reference....but trust me, it's simple, and well-explained by the instructor.
