Kat -- I love your mittens. I am making hats, scarves to donate to needy folks. But I did not think I could make gloves. Your mittens would be perfect! I'll work on a pair today. For an inexpensive alternative to knitting cuffs, you could use the tops of socks! I've used socks before to replace the cuffs on winter jackets. Thanks for sharing your great project!
