What was your inspiration?
I've seen a lot of fabric belts but found that having an even seam at the top and bottom (sewing two pieces of fabric the same size) was difficult. So I created a belt where the back wrapped around to the front - which makes sewing easier AND it looks super cute.
What are you most proud of?
Finding belt buckles -- this isn't easy but I love Crafter's VIsion - they have a variety.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Sew slowly so your seam is even. And always sew with the fleece on top. It seems to feed through the machine a lot easier.
