What was your inspiration?

My daughter loves pink - as soon as I saw these fabrics I just knew I had to sew the Retro Chic Apron for her.

What are you most proud of?

Matching the two fabrics I used.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

No special advice - just download the pattern and make the apron - it's so easy and fun to make.

Thank you so much for your kind words - the yellow is regular binding and ribbon. I like to save small pieces of narrow ribbon just in case:) It came in handy! I can't recall how long it took to sew up - I worked on it in my spare time - I just remember it sewed up effortlessly. I will be making a few more to give as presents to immediate family - but first I have to find the time - haha!

I love this! I love your colors! What is the yellow that you used? How long did this take to make?
