1 floor lamp that came in two pieces , so I took it apart and made a plant stand and a plant holder!!!!!!!
What was your inspiration?
I loved all the detailwork of the piece...... but I didn't need a floor lamp . I went to a craft mall and found a wooden tray that was a lighter color , so I finished it the same color as the piece, attached it with screws and in the center of the tray it has a cutout that fit the basket perfectly . I had a piece of faux leather , cut it to fit and here it is.
What are you most proud of?
....Everyone who sees it , wants to buy it WOW!!!!!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
look at things you love with different eyes . Don't be locked in to what it is, dream of what it could be......
