What was your inspiration?
My mom wanted a red hat cake so I googled Red Hat Society and got my inspiration from images I found.
What are you most proud of?
The smoothness of the whipped frosting, since usually so hard for me to achieve.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make all the fondant pieces well ahead of time and make extras in case of breaks.
