What materials did you use? Cotton from my stash.

Hello! Another great shirt and such pretty fabric! Is this a Liberty cotton print? It's wonderful to be able to make something from your stash...that means its almost free. Also another chance to buy more fabric! Thanks for posting your picture :-)) Pam

Hi Pam, No this is probably a quilting cotton. I bought it online from fabric.com years ago and unfortunately the manufacturer's name is not on the selvedge. I do have liberty fabric but I'm still refining my pattern and I don't want to try a cotton lawn until I am more proficient. This is actually the fourth shirt I've made using your techniques and I'm still making mistakes. In this one, I put the placket on the wrong side, and I thought about it before I did it. Ugh! But on the other hand I finally managed to fell the side seams. I'll put up pictures of the other shirts as soon as I have the time to photograph. -- Liz
