What advice would you give someone starting this project? I didn't make my own curry paste and just used store-bought. This was easy to make and delicious! Thinking of making a bigger batch so I can freeze some.

This looks REALLY good - careful of freezing coconut milk - it can separate after defrosting. Might be better to try to cook with only stock and/or some of coconut milk just enough to simmer. Then reheat and add coconut multi then?!
