What was your inspiration?
The color of the yarn. I purchased it without a project in mind and had it in my stash. I came across the pattern and thought it would make a great Christmas decor for my table.
What are you most proud of?
The fact that after trying a few times to knit the edging following the instructions and stitches didn't line up, I realized that you have to knit the double YOs with k1p1. It was just knitters intuition.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
It is an easy knit if you have all the information as stated above.
